Introducing Energize Superfood Matcha Green tea Detox Coffee and Sleep Teatox

Inroducing our new energize coffeetox and our ayurvedic sleep superfood teas

Introducing Our New Superfood Teas And Discussing Some of The Many Health Benefits Associated With The use of Our Superior Natural Ingredients.

So I have some great news!  The world's most advanced superfood detox teas just got even better! After 2 years in the making, I'm pleased to introduce our new long awaited Clenzo original superfood detox tea flavours! I can confirm we are finally happy with them so here they are. Meet the new ENERGIZE arabica coffee coffeetox, Japanese ceremonial grade matcha green tea and the world's most potent American Panax ginseng root blend and our ayurvedic SLEEP with ashwagandha root, Gotu Kola, camomile, lemon balm and peppermint. This should now conclude the Clenzo range to please all. Thanks for all your kind support and patience, we're sorry they took so long but we had to get them perfect, so we hope you can appreciate that we had to develop a unique process in order to make them happen. These truly are fantastic and unlike anything else.

As much as we all love our first original which I'm sure will always be our most favourite tea to please all, I myself, and you as our loyal customers have missed certain flavours and the excitement of uniqueness. I always knew Clenzo needed a partner or 2 and I have been developing these for over 2 years now. As much as these are different superfood teas that offer multiple health benefits, I knew I needed to keep in the same original Clenzo punch considering it had become the world's best tea by far. I also knew people love coffee and are more than happy to pay ridiculously too much for just some coffee beans whilst not fully reaping any health benefits as people are avoiding herbal teas.  I needed something incredibly awesome to offer them in order to give them a reason to try, swap the regular coffee for ours and see the health benefits themselves using something that's a lot cheaper that replaced their overpriced coffee before work every day.

I always create our blends based on flavour too and with such high-quality ingredients the flavours are so well balanced it's just literally incredible! I wanted a way to introduce people to herbal tea and our original Clenzo did that perfectly and really appealed to the crowd who wasn't too keen on licorice or herbal teas but all loved it. So the energize was to attract the coffee and matcha green tea fans, and a caffeine-free tea to offer those who wanted a clenzo but without the caffeine.

Using similar based flavours from our original Clenzo, I've had our world-class research and development maxed out to the brim on formulating these to perfection in both flavour and results. If you know me then the answer is YES to that question you're about to ask, I have been driving them crazy testing these back and forth a million times even to change the slightest bit of details to make these perfect for not just myself, but also a majority or our loyal exzo customers helping in the process with their valuable feedback.

We wanted the same delicious flavours from the original, using the same ginger, lemon, and North-Amercian Panax ginseng root, with the mild nettle finish. We decided to take out the liquorice root on our energize blend to make way for the bitter yet sweet taste from the Arabica coffee beans as well as both blends using a similar sweet but tangy taste from the garcinia cambogia fruit.

With our Clenzo energize I wanted to incorporate a more modern unique stamp to it that took the best from the original apart from the slight liquorice sweetness of course, hence the reason we excluded it. I wanted a green tea for the green tea lovers, with a ceremonial grade matcha green tea powder mixed in, whilst adding some coconut and cacao nibs to make it more of a chocolatey, matcha, green tea blend with the same punch of ginger and lemon as the original for a nice base. I wanted people to also enjoy the similar coffee tang on top to appeal to the coffee lovers as people really do miss their daily does of coffee, and or drink way too much of it and caffeine overdose for energy sake (yes we're all guilty of that us coffee fans). We wanted something to replace the overindulgence of coffee, yet still, have something so beneficial to health with all the other extra superfood ingredients to use the very best of all that was available.

We also added a larger amount of our superior North-Amercian Panax Ginseng Root, with a generous whole serving of organic Japanese ceremonial grade matcha green tea powder for extra focus and concentration and make it also appeal to the experienced noopept and nootropic shoppers. Also, some dandelion for added richness and further detox and liver cleanse properties, not to mention energy.

What is a Nootropic?

Nootropics, often referred to as “Smart Drugs”, are compounds that boost cognitive ability. While still a new and developing field, nootropics have been used for a couple of decades now to increase brain activity and safely give a jolt to your thinking. Our teas contain superior ingredients that would be recognised herbs used in nootropics, except ours are in their natural form as whole ingredients and not as dangerous chemicals or solvent extracted powders or extracts. Our Energize uses some of these nootropic known ingredients with natural ingredients used for focus, concentration, and energy. People use our energize to replace their coffee or as a pre-workout before hitting the gym

What is a Noopept?

Noopept is a specific Nootropic peptide that was formulated to treat age-related declines in cognitive ability. It is typically used to treat the negative effects of aging and to boost the undeveloped mind in younger patients. For all in-between, however, it is used as a “Smart Drug” to enhance brain-related activities. It has grown significantly in popularity over the past two decades and is used to combat Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, and many other ailments. It was developed initially in Russia but is now used worldwide. Again, some of these ingredients associated with a noopept are included as natural whole food ingredient in our tea. We can get these vitamins and minerals straight from a healthy balanced diet, one does not need or benefit from using dangerous powders and chemical or solvent extracted powders.

What is a coffeetox?

A coffeetox is a premium word for a coffee and a teatox mixed as one. In other words it's coffee with herbal ingredients together as one to offer the benefits of a weight loss detox tea as well as the benefits and taste of a coffee drink. It is usually formed by mixing a combination of instant coffee and herbal ingredient powders together as one. These powders will be similar to those that are regularly used in a regular detox, flat tummy tea and dieting teatox to aid in weight loss, water retention, reduce bloating, aid digestion, colon cleansing, detoxification, clear skin and liver cleansing to name a few. Other coffeetox's use freshly ground Arabica coffee beans with other herbal ingredients, whereas ours using fresh Arabica beans and natural based ingredients. The problem with a regular coffeetox is that the coffee is mixed with powder based ingredients, so that usually never means natural nor healthy if it means the powders have gone through an intense extraction process. Once powders or extracts go through this in-depth extraction process, this means they are usually alway extracted with chemicals, alcohol or solvents and never end up natural. With our energize, you can count on a natural based coffeetox which uses whole ingredients and just the Japanese ceremonial grade matcha green tea powder which has gone through a professional organic drying process to enhance its potency which has been used throughout the ages for health and wellbeing purposes.

Ayurvedic herbs for detoxification and liver purification

For our ayurvedic sleep caffeine free teatox, I wanted to demonstrate to people the power of superfood ayurvedic herbs, such as ashwagandha root and gotu kola. With our added lemon balm, Egyptian camomile and lavender it makes it a superb blend for total relaxation and piece of mind, as well as for adrenal fatigue support, stress and anxiety relief, depression and fibromyalgia to name a few, let alone weight loss. We have used a slight increase in ginger here as well as liquorice for greater flavour, and put in some small amounts of peppermint and chamomile we had a blend to appeal to our customers who liked peppermint and camomile. This tea is very refreshing like our first original making it extremely easy to drink. I personally seem to drink it in no time and need to brew some more. It will make you very relaxed and can also help with one's sleep and insomnia of course.

If you don't know much about us already you can find out more about us here and how we started. A little introduction for continued reading before I get into these herbs in more detail. So, to educate you on the many benefits of our teas and make clear exactly what goes into them, we’ve listed some of our more common ingredients below and exactly what they can do for you. Some ingredients help with stress and anxiety relief, others with detox, cleansing, and weight loss, and others with insomnia, fatigue, and energy. In fact, many help in every category! We value our customer’s discerning taste and only use the highest-grade ingredients available.

Unfortunately, many people have not even heard of a lot of these ingredients or truly know of their many health benefits so I will discuss a little about them and some brief history to get you started and up to scratch in no time.

For Stress and Anxiety Relief

Many of our herbs work specifically to alter and change the natural pattern of stress in our daily lives. We’ve chosen ingredients that safely lower stress levels and fight anxiety in ways that promote a healthier you and overall wellbeing, without detracting from the great taste of our teas.

Gotu Kola

Gotu Kola is an herb, also known as Pennywort or Centella Asiatica, that helps to increase blood vessel growth and maintain collagen. It’s also known as an antioxidant with strong anti-inflammatory properties, so it can help to prevent swelling. When tested in the lab, Gotu Kola showed a tendency to reduce anxiety in test animals. Specifically, in humans, Gotu Kola limited immediate stress responses and prevented immediate reactions to stress. It was also shown to give humans increases in serotonin, dopamine, and norepinephrine, which works to improve long-term memory and lower aggression. Current tests are being performed to see if Gotu Kola could be an effective treatment for Schizophrenia and depression.

Lemon Balm

Lemon balm is used in cooking, to make essential oils, and of course to make tea. It’s been used since the thirteen hundreds to improve sleep, reduce anxiety, and promote longevity in its users. The plant originates from the middle east and has been thoroughly studied. The lemon balm herb is a member of the mint family. While it is native to the Middle East, it can also be found frequently in Central Asia and has recently been grown in the Americas. Its medical properties come from its lemon-scented leaves, which is why in addition to its health benefits, lemon balm makes such good tea. In the fourteenth century, lemon balm was used to create the German Carmelite water that is still used to this day to treat headaches. Lemon balm is also a natural sleep aide.

Ashwagandha Root

Ashwagandha Root (Withania somnifera) is a member of the Nightshade family and is sometimes referred to as Indian ginseng or winter cherry. Ashwagandha has been used for its many benefits for over two thousand, five hundred years. It’s specific stress relief properties have led to its fame and wide use. Ashwagandha maintains homeostasis in the body, despite natural changes in emotional or physical stress. The herb keeps its user at constant level and helps them weather the peaks and valleys of the day. In a twelve-week test study, with over seventy-five participants, Ashwagandha was found to reduce anxiety, help with concentration, and improve overall quality of life with no notable side effects.

For Detox, Cleanse, and Weight Loss

While some of our ingredients fight stress and anxiety, others a purposefully placed to detox and cleanse the body and promote safe and realistic weight loss – often by the same processes of digestive cleansing and fluid removal.

Arabica Coffee Beans

Most people are familiar now with Arabica coffee beans, thanks to the world-wide coffee boom, but until recently it was a different bean that ruled the market. Robusta beans were the go-to for years. At half the price of Arabica, it was a natural choice. Arabica beans, however, are known for less caffeine, more sugar content, and an overall better taste. While Robusta beans have been all but cut out of the coffee trade, you can still find them in instant blends, such as Folgers. Our new Energize coffeetox, however, only contains the real Arabica coffee beans. Arabica coffee beans are full of anti-oxidants that help to detox and cleanse the body. They have also been shown to lower the chance of diabetes.

Green Tea Leaves

Green tea leaves are rich in natural compounds that reduce inflammation and fight disease. One of the most desirable effects of green tea consumption is an increase in fat burning and a boost to metabolic rates. Much of this is specific to the green tea leaves themselves, while some of it can be attributed to the tea’s natural caffeine content, which has also been shown to mobilize fatty acids from the fat tissue.

Japanese Ceremonial Grade Matcha Green Tea Powder

In addition to standard green tea, we also use Japanese ceremonial grade matcha green tea. Matcha is a green tea grown to certain, rigorous specifications. Twenty days before the leaves are taken in, they are protected from the sun. They are then handpicked and laid out for a natural drying process. The dried leaves are then ground into a finely ground, green powder. We use only the highest quality grade of the product – Japanese ceremonial grade matcha. Matcha, like standard green tea, is full of antioxidants that help to detox and cleanse the body. The much higher caffeine content helps to attack the fatty acids in your fat tissue.

North American Panax Ginseng Root

North American Panax ginseng root is an herb grown mostly in North America. The herb has become so popular, that its wild variations have become an endangered species in some parts of the United States. It’s most widely held use is preventing and treating the flu. It is also frequently used to boost digestion and as an appetite suppressant, which in turn sparks weight loss.

People groups that regularly intake coconut as the main part of their diet have been known to be healthier than average populations for years. Some studies have shown that the specific chain of triglycerides found in coconuts leads to an increased energy consumption, which forces the body to use its stored energy, and thus loses weight. The fatty acids found in coconut can also fight foreign pathogens and viruses as they enter the body.

Cacao Nibs

Cacao is the original source of chocolate. It can be found in the seeds of the Cacao tree’s fruit. Cacao nibs can help you lose weigh due to their large fiber content. That fiber makes you feel fuller, which suppress your appetite and promotes frequent and healthy bowel movements. Cacao nibs, if used improperly, can take away from their weight loss benefits, given their high calorie and sugar content. When used lightly, however, such as in our teas, the benefits far outweigh the cons.

Dandelion Root & Leaves

Dandelion leaves and root come from a plant family of over twenty-two thousand species – the Sunflower family. The first uses of Dandelion leave medicinally, as with much of herb use, comes from the middle east. Dandelion leaves are very high in fiber content which, like Cacao nibs, help you feel fuller and move waste quicker.

Garcinia Cambogia

Garcinia Cambogia is a fruit from the tropics sometimes known as Malabar Tamarind. For years, it has been used to block fat and to suppress appetite. It can also help with the maintenance of blood sugar and cholesterol levels. The active ingredient found in its rind, hydroxycitric acid, is the fat-burning enzyme that helps to press down appetite.

Ginger Root

Ginger root has been used to promote good health for centuries – specifically with digestive health. Ginger root contains a phenolic compound that relieves gastro intestinal irritation. By upholding the health of your digestive system, ginger root creates the frame work to move waste and keep you trim. It can also work to smooth the harsher elements of other ingredients. There are no known side effects.

Lemongrass helps to detox and cleanse the body and boosts weight loss. Lemongrass helps to sooth the stomach and keeps the intestinal tract functioning properly. It’s been used for digestive problems for centuries. It’ s also full of healthy antioxidants that help the body by removing harmful toxins and fighting fluid retention.

Nettles Leaves

Nettles leaves have a lasting effect on the kidneys. It increases fluid outtake throughout the body and removes uric acid. So, as a two-sided sword, Nettles leaves work to promote weight loss by moving unnecessary fluid and remove toxins by the same process.

For Fatigue, Insomnia, and Wellbeing

The greatest source of wellbeing in a person’s life can often be their sleep cycles. With too much stress and anxiety, overworked people can fall victim to fatigue and struggle to get the sleep they need. Below, we’ve listed some of the ingredients that fight harmful fatigue and insomnia, and give our tea drinkers an overall sense of wellbeing.

Liquorice Root

Liquorice root is grown in Greece, Turkey, and Asia. It has been used for years as an anti-inflammatory herb and as a dietary medicine for digestive issues. It’s known to help with adrenal fatigue by regulating cortisol and clearing up the adrenal glands. It also has a positive effect on abdominal cramps and muscle comfort.

Egyptian Chamomile

Egyptian Chamomile has been used medicinally for years to relax nerves and generally soothe the nervous system, which promotes healthy sleep and fights insomnia. It has no caffeine, which allows for healthy consumption before bedtime. It also reduces stress by acting as a natural sedative. Chamomile is one of the best all-around herbs for well-being, and with no caffeine content, it’s a great remedy for any time of day.

Lavender Flowers

Lavender is commonly found in North Africa and the Mediterranean area. It’s often used to treat anxiety, which makes it a great anti-insomnia remedy. It can also be used to treat restlessness which fights the bodies fatigue and gives way for natural sleep cycles.

Peppermint is usually associated with candies and holidays, especially the winter holidays. Its flavor is its most sought-after trait, but peppermint also has many notable health benefits. Dried peppermint leaves have been found in ancient Egyptian tombs and may have been used to treat ailments in the ancient world. Peppermint oil clears the respiratory tract, decongests the nasal passageways, cancels headaches, and manages stress with its natural cool and energizing effect.

Blue Cornflower

Blue Cornflower, also known as the Bachelor’s Button, originates in the Mediterranean and Western Asia. It’s been used medicinally since the Iron Age. The herb has strong antiseptic properties that fight infections and increase overall wellbeing. It has also traditionally been though to aid in the treatment of stomach ulcers and calm the digestive system, which can lead to longer and healthier sleeping cycles.

What about Health Supplements, powders and herbal extracts?

Not all powders and extracts are the same. As mentioned in our previous posts, there seems to be so much misconception regarding the health industry and how companies are misusing the word "natural". Your powders are not natural unless you know what you're looking for on food supplement labels. Natural flavourings are not natural either, yes it doesn't make any sense whatsoever and I didn't believe it either, but if you care to read here I explain this in more detail.

In addition to the natural and time-honored herbs, you’ll find in our tea, we also utilize cutting-edge science to find the most helpful natural supplements that partner well with these ingredients. They offer a substantial boost to overall well-being, without detracting from the pre-existing health benefits found in our teas so we offer our superior organic Japanese ceremonial grade matcha green tea powder in our energize tea as this really is a truly spectacular ingredient that cannot be ignored due to the many health benefits it offers.

We’re proud of our natural tea ingredients that support wonderfully diverse customers from all over the world. The taste of our teas is unrivaled, and the quality speaks for itself. Good tea is natural tea. It’s tea that tastes great, and its tea that does the job. We believe good tea can make a healthy person. You can find different combinations of these many ingredients in our different blends of superfood teas – in our energizing blends, cleansing blends, and sleep promoting blends.

Enjoy and I hope you found this introduction helpful! Stay healthy, stay happy and all the best in your health and wellbeing goals.
